Dear Scientists,

Advances in technology in recent years have brought about significant changes not only in scientific fields but also in human disciplines such as literature and art. Today, written and visual forms of production are diversifying; means of expression are multiplying, and this situation has a direct impact on language, culture, and social structure. This transformation is particularly affecting the ways in which younger generations perceive and understand the world, making it more difficult to pass on our literature, history, and cultural heritage to them. In this context, our country's esteemed researchers and the esteemed academics of our universities are making significant contributions to addressing the needs of new generations by establishing meaningful connections between the past and the present.

The International Symposium on Language, History, and Civilization Studies, to be held on October 30-31, 2025, hosted by Muş Alparslan University in collaboration with Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University, offers an opportunity to carry the language, history, and civilization basins of our heartland from the past to the present and, of course, to the future through the work of researchers from different universities in our country. The symposium undertakes a broad-perspective mission that will benefit academics and researchers who have been or are being trained both domestically and abroad, while also allowing them to gain experience through their own presentations. Studies in many social and humanistic fields, including language, history, and civilization, as well as culture, literature, education, philosophy, and sociology, will be evaluated within the scope of the symposium.

The symposium, along with the cultural events to be held, aims to strengthen the historical, cultural, and social ties of this region, develop academic collaborations, and encourage high-quality research in the region. We look forward to welcoming you to Muş, the ancient city of Anatolia, on October 30-31, 2025.

Sincerely...
