Paper Evaluation Conditions and Publication:
Papers submitted to the symposium must be prepared in accordance with the writing guidelines below. Papers not prepared in compliance with these rules will not be considered for evaluation.

Symposium papers will be published as an international publication and also in digital format.

Submission of a full text is not mandatory.

If requested, for publication in journals, the writing guidelines of the selected journal will apply.

Abstract Writing Guidelines:

• Should be between 150–750 words, in both Turkish and English.

• Should include 3–5 keywords.

• Must be written in Times New Roman, 12 pt, single line spacing.

• After the title, author’s first name and last name should be written. With an asterisk footnote, the author’s institution, academic title, e-mail address, and ORCID number must be provided.

Full Text Writing Guidelines:

• Except for special cases, the length should be 8–20 pages.

• Page layout: 3 cm from the left, 2.5 cm from the top, bottom, and right. Font: Times New Roman, line spacing: 1.15, text size: 11 pt, footnotes: 9 pt. Paragraph spacing: before 0 pt, after 6 pt. Indentation: 1 cm inward from the right.

• Title of the work should be in bold, 12 pt.

• Author’s name and surname should be centered under the main title. In the author’s footnote (added with an asterisk in the References/Footnote section), academic title, institutional affiliation, e-mail, and ORCID number should be indicated.

• Abstract and English Abstract (Summary) will be reviewed again.

• Figures, tables, and graphics used in the text or appendices must not exceed page margins. To ensure print quality, their resolution must be adequate. Each item must be numbered, with a caption written below beginning with a capital letter.

• All quotations should be placed within quotation marks and in italics. Block quotations (longer than 3 lines) should be indented 1.5 cm from left and right, italicized, without line spacing, and within quotation marks.

• Citation style: Full texts must use APA 7th edition (in-text citation) consistently throughout the paper.

• Full texts must be sent to the relevant e-mail address along with a plagiarism report. The similarity rate must not exceed 30%.
